Terms of Service

Tanzanite is an informational website and analytics terminal for crypto casino and iGaming markets. We publish and organize information such as casino profiles, streamer and creator profiles, iGaming blog updates, job listings, deposit analytics, distribution analytics, and on-chain casino activity.

Tanzanite is not a casino, sportsbook, gambling operator, exchange, wallet, broker, custodian, payment processor, or employment agency.

We do not accept wagers, run games, custody funds, process deposits or withdrawals, create casino accounts for users, or guarantee employment outcomes.

You may use Tanzanite only if:

• You are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher
• You can enter into a binding agreement
• Your use of gambling-related, crypto-related, and employment-related information is lawful where you are located

You are responsible for understanding and following the laws that apply to you. Access to information on Tanzanite does not mean that any casino, promotion, job, token, chain, transaction, or activity is legal in your jurisdiction.

Tanzanite content is for informational, research, and market analysis purposes only. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment, employment, gambling, compliance, or professional advice.

You understand and agree that:

• Casino and creator profiles are not endorsements or recommendations.
• Blog posts and analytics are not instructions to gamble, invest, trade, apply for a job, or use any third-party service.
• On-chain and deposit analytics may be delayed, incomplete, mislabeled, or affected by data-source limitations.
• You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on information from Tanzanite.

Tanzanite displays information about third-party casinos, streamers, creators, companies, social channels, blockchain addresses, promotions, and websites. This information may come from public sources, third-party APIs, partner submissions, blockchain data, or our own research.

We try to keep information useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee that third-party content is complete, current, lawful, safe, or suitable for your use. Third-party websites and services have their own terms, privacy policies, eligibility rules, risk warnings, and responsible gambling controls.

Links, logos, rankings, mentions, supported-wallet labels, visibility in analytics, or paid placements do not create an endorsement unless we expressly say otherwise.

Tanzanite may host job listings from casinos, agencies, partners, or other third parties. Listings are provided by or about those third parties, not by Tanzanite unless clearly stated.

• We do not guarantee that a listing is available, accurate, lawful, or suitable.
• Hiring decisions, interviews, compensation, contracts, and employment disputes are between applicants and employers.
• Applicants should verify employers, roles, payment terms, and requests for personal information before proceeding.
• Operators and staff must submit accurate listings and must have authority to act for the relevant company or casino.

We may edit, reject, hide, or remove listings, accounts, or metadata if we believe they are inaccurate, abusive, unlawful, misleading, low quality, or inconsistent with Tanzanite.

Certain features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep role, company, billing, and contact details current where applicable.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at support@tanzanite.xyz. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, or abuse the service.

You agree not to:

• Use Tanzanite in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to access accounts, data, systems, APIs, or admin tools without authorization
• Scrape, crawl, copy, resell, or mirror substantial parts of the service without permission
• Interfere with, overload, scan, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
• Submit false, misleading, infringing, abusive, or unlawful content
• Impersonate another person, company, casino, creator, employer, or staff member
• Use Tanzanite to promote scams, malware, unauthorized gambling, or illegal activity

Tanzanite and its original software, design, charts, copy, organization, and branding are owned by Tanzanite or its licensors. Third-party names, logos, trademarks, screenshots, links, data, and other materials remain owned by their respective owners.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Tanzanite for lawful personal or internal business purposes.

If you submit content, metadata, job listings, logos, images, or corrections, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, edit, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote Tanzanite.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Tanzanite at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific data coverage, or continued availability of any page, feature, chart, listing, profile, or API.

We may update data models, rankings, filters, labels, visibility rules, and analytics methods without notice.

Tanzanite is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and security.

We do not warrant that any data, job listing, casino profile, creator profile, blog post, chart, ranking, wallet label, or third-party link is accurate, complete, current, lawful, or free from errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tanzanite and its affiliates, directors, employees, contractors, suppliers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, business interruption, or goodwill loss.

Our total liability for all claims relating to Tanzanite will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tanzanite and its affiliates, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of Tanzanite, your submitted content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Tanzanite after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
